all vintage pieces are final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please shop thoughtfully.

every item is carefully inspected, measured, and described to ensure accuracy. due to the nature of vintage garments, minor signs of wear, aging, or small imperfections may be present and are considered part of the piece’s history and character.

any notable flaws will always be clearly disclosed in the product description and photographs.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We take this time to perform a final quality check and professional packaging for our archival pieces. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Origin & Methods

Orders are shipped globally from our logistics hub in Hong Kong. We primarily use premium carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your items.

  • Estimated Delivery

North America / Europe: 5-10 business days.

Asia: 3-7 business days.

Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

LÙM Archive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details before purchasing.

  • Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot change the address once the package has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

  • Damaged or Lost Items

While we ensure every piece is packed securely, LÙM Archive is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any issues.
