every item is carefully inspected, measured, and described to ensure accuracy. due to the nature of vintage garments, minor signs of wear, aging, or small imperfections may be present and are considered part of the piece’s history and character.
any notable flaws will always be clearly disclosed in the product description and photographs.

- Shipping Origin & Methods
We ship worldwide via tracked international express from our Hong Kong hub. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery
• North America / Europe: 5-10 business days.
• Asia: 3-7 business days.
• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
at lùm archive, we ship worldwide and serve a global community of collectors.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes (such as VAT/GST). These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
For U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policies, all imported parcels—regardless of order value—may now be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are mandatory for the release of your package.
For EU & UK Customers
Parcels entering the EU or UK are subject to import VAT (e.g., 19% in Germany) and additional carrier handling fees. Please monitor your tracking information closely to settle these fees promptly and avoid delivery delays.
- Refused Shipments & Store Credit
if a package is returned due to delivery issues, including but not limited to unpaid customs duties or incorrect shipping information, any original shipping costs and return handling fees will be deducted.
where applicable, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used for future purchases.

- Payments

- Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot change the address once the package has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
- Damaged or Lost Items
While we ensure every piece is packed securely, LÙM Archive is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any issues.
